Software Engineer – AI & Platform Development

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and scale AI‑powered full‑stack applications that support business teams and enhance member experiences. You will collaborate with product, UX, data science and business stakeholders to deliver high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery and high‑level design with cross‑functional teams.
• Translate requirements into well‑structured, testable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot production issues through root‑cause analysis and corrective implementation.
• Design and implement AI‑enabled features, predictive models and agentic workflows following MLOps best practices.
• Incorporate CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, monitoring and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize models.
• Contribute to cloud‑native distributed solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Mentor junior engineers and offshore associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing AI solutions and predictive platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance and model observability.
• Strong programming skills and desire to work with ML frameworks.
