About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team in Lagos, providing expert guidance on software implementation and system integration for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
• Analyse existing systems and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Support software implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and system integration.
• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and implementation reports.
• Conduct user training and provide post‑implementation support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical consulting, IT support, systems implementation or a similar role.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
