Lead Infrastructure Architect & Installation Project Manager

About the role

The Lead Infrastructure Architect & Installation Project Manager will drive end‑to‑end design, delivery and commissioning of large‑scale enterprise infrastructure across data‑centres and hybrid‑cloud environments. This senior position combines technical leadership with project‑management oversight to ensure seamless integration of servers, storage, networking, security and supporting services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and produce implementation designs, rack layouts, network diagrams and cable schedules.
• Coordinate workstreams covering servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cabling, power, cooling, video and hybrid‑cloud solutions.
• Review equipment compatibility, licensing, installation dependencies and procurement requirements.
• Manage project schedules, risks, change requests, defect tracking and progress reporting while supervising installation quality.
• Lead commissioning, failover, recovery and performance testing against acceptance criteria.
• Deliver as‑built documentation, knowledge‑transfer sessions, maintenance plans and vendor escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years leading enterprise deployments.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
