Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our Medical Sales Representatives across Nigeria. You will drive sales performance, expand market reach, and ensure high‑quality product detailing in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives.
• Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new territories and increase market share nationwide.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors.
• Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance audits.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales, activity, and market intelligence reports.
• Ensure product knowledge, ethical detailing, and brand visibility across all territories.
• Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage field sales budget, allowances, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, providing strategic feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of an HND qualification.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar medical/pharmaceutical sales leadership role.
