Team Lead, Inbound Sales

About the role

The Team Lead, Inbound Sales will drive revenue performance by coaching, managing, and developing a team of inbound sales agents. Acting as the operational backbone, you will ensure process adherence, maintain pipeline health, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of inbound sales representatives, providing daily guidance, motivation, and performance support.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Onboard new team members and ensure full ramp‑up within the first 90 days according to defined success metrics.
• Own team‑level sales targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and intervene proactively when performance dips.
• Monitor daily activity metrics such as calls made, demos conducted, leads qualified, and deals closed.
• Support complex or high‑value deals, co‑selling to rescue at‑risk opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, regularly reviewing pipeline data and deal stages.
• Ensure inbound inquiries are responded to on schedule and in line with defined processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams in a high‑volume inbound environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
• Strong analytical mindset to track activity metrics and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal coaching and external deal support.
