Sales Executive

About the role

ESSO Properties Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the forex market segment. Based in Marina, Lagos, you will lead a sales team, expand client networks, and ensure the company meets its monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to identify customer habits, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase overall revenue.
• Grow and maintain a robust client database while ensuring high client retention.
• Develop and manage partner and affiliate networks across multiple states to broaden market reach.
• Analyze data to produce accurate revenue and client forecasts.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and business development agents.
• Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the forex market.
• Maintain a minimum 70% conversion rate of prospects into clients.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
