About the role

Work Evolve Limited is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with leadership and drive the recruitment of top‑tier professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce by identifying, engaging, and securing high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast staffing needs based on growth and market trends.
• Source passive and active candidates through professional networks, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and guide hiring managers through unbiased evaluation processes.
• Assist in developing compensation packages, negotiate offers, and close candidates.
• Promote the company’s culture and values to attract skilled professionals.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire to refine hiring strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience (agency, consulting, or in‑house).
• Exposure to HR consulting or multi‑client environments is highly desirable.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, SPHRi) are advantageous.
