About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support our procurement and logistics operations in Lagos. The role involves handling purchase orders, vendor communications and assisting with the smooth flow of goods.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and issuing purchase orders and maintain related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor communications.
- Process received goods, verifying completeness against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Support troubleshooting of customer issues related to product supply, availability, or quality.
- Assist with planning, sourcing, storage, transport, shipping, customs clearance, asset management, and fleet coordination.
- Help the supply chain officer prepare regular departmental reports.
Required profile
- Minimum HND qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar supply chain or procurement role.
