Student Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Student Acquisition Manager to drive our enrolment growth in Lagos. You will lead outreach initiatives, build partnerships with schools and community organisations, and guide prospective students through the full admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly recruitment plans aligned with enrolment targets.
• Conduct outreach across schools, community groups, youth networks and relevant events.
• Lead career talks, information sessions, open days and engage with students and parents.
• Capture, qualify and follow up prospects through the recruitment pipeline.
• Guide applicants through application, assessment, offer, payment and enrolment stages.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organisations, sponsors and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns with the Marketing team and ensure accurate records and weekly funnel reports.
• Organise recruitment events, outreach materials and admissions communications.
• Gather feedback from prospects and partners to improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Education, Social Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, field sales, ed‑tech enrolment or similar target‑driven roles.
• Proven track record of managing prospects through a recruitment funnel and meeting conversion targets.
• Strong field execution and event facilitation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lagos communities, schools and youth networks is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems or admissions platforms.
• Experience using structured lead‑tracking tools.
• Basic data analysis of recruitment funnel metrics.
