Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead daily operations of our retail outlet in Lagos. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily store operations.
• Supervise, coordinate, and support sales staff to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, stocktaking, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movement.
• Ensure proper arrangement, display, and storage of fabrics and products.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and manage inventory levels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor sales activities and support achievement of business targets.
• Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Safeguard company assets and enforce stock control procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Female candidates are preferred.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,000 to NGN 400,000 per month (visible upon application).
