Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth for a premium retail brand in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑end shopping experience comparable to global sportswear labels while expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Manage enquiries, follow‑ups, upselling, closing and after‑sales service.
• Provide a premium retail experience similar to brands such as Adidas, Polo, Puma, Nike.
• Generate new leads, customers, partnerships and sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, bridal customers, stylists and strategic partners.
• Drive bridal and fabric sales through client follow‑up and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and identify additional revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Mass Communication or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development or retail.
• Retail experience with brands such as Adidas, Polo, Puma, Nike is highly desirable.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Target‑driven, confident and commercially minded.
