Store Keeper

About the role

The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing goods for Whip‑Smart Service Providers Limited. This full‑time position ensures accurate inventory records and a secure, organized store environment in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store and issue goods accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock and inventory records.
• Keep the store clean, organized and secure at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages or discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
• Prepare and maintain stock movement reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on stock requests and replenishment.
• Follow company policies and inventory control procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
