SMB.ng Agent – Business Growth Marketer

About the role

The SMB.ng Agent role is a performance‑based position focused on expanding the adoption of the SMB.ng platform among small and medium enterprises in Nigeria. You will act as a growth partner, introducing businesses to digital tools that boost efficiency and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Promote SMB.ng services and solutions to local businesses.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants and SMEs onto the platform.
• Educate business owners on platform benefits, registration, and activation processes.
• Conduct outreach campaigns within assigned locations or networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
• Report activities, leads, and conversions to the SMB.ng coordination team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine adoption strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
• Good understanding of customer engagement and relationship building.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Minimum qualification: SSCE, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory).
