Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are urgently hiring a Site Supervisor to lead daily construction activities across our projects in Lagos and other locations nationwide. You will ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, attendance, incidents, and progress reports.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage material usage, prevent wastage, and reconcile quantities.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders as required.

Required profile

• HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising construction projects.
• Proven experience in building construction, civil works, renovations or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work extended hours when needed.
• Willingness to travel and be deployed to project sites.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly remuneration between NGN180,000 and NGN200,000.
