About the role
We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join Datum Energy Nigeria Limited in Lagos. The role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting project delivery on our energy sites.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Organise and monitor material deliveries, tools and equipment availability.
- Prepare cost estimates and assist with budgeting for site works.
- Provide technical advice and suggest improvements for ongoing projects.
- Collect data, compile progress reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks, schedule meetings and coordinate training sessions as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and give feedback to the project team.
Required profile
- Minimum OND qualification.
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in site engineering.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 100,000 to NGN 120,000.
- Full‑time, onsite position in Lagos Marina.
