Senior Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations in our Lagos facility, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Lead warehouse staff, monitor productivity and enforce procedural compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee documentation of all stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and report variances.
• Monitor stock levels, flag shortages, excesses, damages, and ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance on stock‑related matters.
• Ensure warehouse security, safeguarding inventory against loss, theft, or unauthorized access.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and SOPs while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• At least 4 years of warehouse/inventory experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Inventory Management is a plus.
• Experience in phone accessories, electronics, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with high integrity and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP management systems.
