Inventory Officer

About the role

Renmoney is looking for an Inventory Officer to maintain accurate records of company assets and inventory. You will support documentation, tracking, and management of assets while providing administrative assistance to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of company assets.
• Track assets and ensure records are kept up to date.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Support movement, allocation and tracking of inventory and assets.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile records as needed.
• Organise documentation for easy tracking and reference.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping abilities.
• Able to work independently and follow tasks through with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, proactive and willing to support the team beyond core duties.
• Comfortable handling routine administrative work.
• Enjoys keeping information well‑structured and up to date.

Required skills

• HND degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in inventory, asset management or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
