Senior International Tax Advisory (ITTS)

About the role

As a senior member of EY's International Tax Services team in Nigeria, you will provide expert advice to multinational clients on complex cross‑border tax matters. You will work within interdisciplinary, multicultural teams to help shape tax‑efficient structures for globally positioned businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on cross‑border restructuring, financing concepts, international group tax law and foreign tax law.
• Structure tax aspects of corporate transactions, acquisitions, sales and reorganisations, and identify tax risks during due‑diligence.
• Support multinational companies in planning, implementing and documenting transfer‑pricing systems and cross‑border value‑creation processes.
• Assist with tax audits, mutual‑agreement procedures and advance pricing agreements (APA).
• Manage complex tax projects, coordinate audit and consulting assignments, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in international tax consulting, preferably with a focus on transfer pricing or transaction projects.
• University degree in economics, law, finance or a related field; successful completion of the CTIN tax exam is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
