Private Wealth Associate – Client Acquisition & Advisory

About the role

The Private Wealth Associate will support the growth of RMBN AM’s Assets Under Management by originating, nurturing and converting relationships with High‑Net‑Worth and Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new HNI/UHNI clients, building trust‑based relationships and acting as their primary advisor.
• Conduct financial needs assessments, risk profiling and develop tailored investment strategies across all asset classes.
• Monitor client portfolios, provide performance updates, and recommend rebalancing to align with objectives and market conditions.
• Achieve assigned AUM growth targets and collaborate with product and investment teams to design innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, KYC/AML regulations and maintain accurate client documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, investment or relationship management within asset management, banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales/AUM growth targets.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian capital market, investment products and regulatory environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems.
