Senior Interior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Interior Architect to lead the design and execution of interior projects for our clients in Lagos. You will translate client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while managing the full design lifecycle from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to capture vision, functional needs, budget, and style preferences.
• Develop detailed interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, and finish specifications.
• Create technical drawings, 3D visualisations, mood boards, and presentation packages for client approval.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and material specifications for procurement.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure design intent is accurately executed on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor finish quality and resolve design queries.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely handover.
• Update company portfolio with recently completed projects and stay informed of industry trends.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Media to document and showcase completed works.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in interior architecture or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
