About the role
The Senior Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping team in delivering high‑quality cleaning and maintenance services for guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures that all standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently met across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities.
- Conduct room inspections and quality checks.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff.
- Manage linen and cleaning‑supply inventory.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas meet quality standards.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years' housekeeping experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Honest, reliable, and physically fit.
