Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the transformation of concept designs into fully coordinated technical drawings and oversee their execution through construction. This role requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Convert concept designs into detailed Revit models ready for construction.
• Coordinate technical inputs with structural and MEP engineers while monitoring cost implications.
• Review drawings and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Prepare bills of quantities and manage tender processes for turnkey projects.
• Administer building contracts, supervise contractor work on site, and chair site meetings.
• Conduct site inspections, produce snag lists, and deliver as‑built drawings upon project completion.
• Lead multiple project teams, conduct internal design reviews, and ensure quality standards.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and preserve design integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 6–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Professional registration with NIA and ARCON.
