Security Personnel – Guard Company Premises

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a diligent Security Personnel to protect its premises in Lagos. You will ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets while maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Guard company premises and conduct routine patrols to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identities, and maintain visitor logs.
• Inspect bags, vehicles, and deliveries in line with company policies.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
• Prepare accurate daily occurrence and incident reports.
• Assist law enforcement and emergency responders when required.
• Enforce safety and security policies and report potential hazards.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a security guard or similar role is an advantage.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm under pressure with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to work day, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
