Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will oversee and coordinate security operations across Meditrack Limited’s facilities in Lagos, ensuring safety, compliance with protocols, and effective incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of all security guards across assigned locations or shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to verify compliance with security procedures.
• Prepare duty rosters and guarantee adequate guard coverage at all times.
• Monitor surveillance, access‑control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents and alarms, escalating issues as needed.
• Investigate security breaches or unusual incidents and submit detailed reports.
• Train new security personnel on company policies, emergency procedures and job expectations.
• Liaise with clients, management, law enforcement and emergency responders when required.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in any field.
• At least 2 years of security experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Relevant security certifications or training (NSCDC, DSS, or recognized private security training).
• Experience in facility management, corporate or residential environments.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and communication abilities.
