Sales Team Lead

About the role

Cobranet Limited, a leading internet solutions provider in Nigeria, is looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth and manage its sales team in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, and overall revenue growth.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach Sales Executives, conducting regular 1‑on‑1 meetings and performance reviews.
• Implement company sales strategies, identify high‑value prospects, and guide the team in closing key deals.
• Support the team in managing high‑profile clients and handling escalations to protect the brand.
• Track daily sales activities, PIF submissions, installations, and revenue reports; analyze data to recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SLA standards, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
• Continuously train the team on core value propositions and improve objection‑handling and closing skills.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience supervising and developing sales teams.
• Strong client relationship and escalation management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective measures.
• Knowledge of compliance, SLA standards, and pricing approval processes.
