About the role
The Exceptional Art and Prints Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in Lagos. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions to close sales while protecting target profit margins.
- Maintain high‑touch relationships with clients to encourage retention and local referrals.
- Collaborate with business owners or founders to relay customer feedback for product, pricing, and marketing improvements.
- Assist with client onboarding, answer post‑purchase inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Entry‑level candidate with a strong desire to grow in the advertising and media sector.
