About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join My beadsworld International’s retail and fashion division in Lagos. The role focuses on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the growth of our bead and accessory offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions to close sales while maintaining target profit margins.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering high‑touch relationships that encourage customer retention, repeat business, and referrals.
- Collaborate with business owners or founders to relay customer feedback, helping refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing messages.
- Assist with initial client onboarding, answer post‑purchase questions, and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
