About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at The healthy grocery store in Lagos. The role focuses on driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the growth of our retail business.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate prices, terms and contract conditions to close sales while protecting target profit margins.
- Serve as the primary trusted point of contact, fostering customer retention, repeat business and local referrals.
- Collaborate with business owners or founders to relay customer feedback, influencing product offerings, pricing strategies and marketing messages.
- Assist with initial client onboarding, answer post‑purchase queries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar sales role.
