Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our retail team in Marina, Lagos. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our products, helping customers find what they need while driving store revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue growth.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and merchandised.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using computer systems.
• Process customer orders, payments, and related documentation accurately.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, professional, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
