Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive new business for our accounting, audit, tax and financial advisory services. You will identify prospects, generate leads and convert them into long‑term clients while representing the firm professionally in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect businesses needing accounting, audit, tax and advisory services.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, presentations and service demonstrations.
• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Resident of Ikorodu or surrounding areas in Lagos.

• Monthly remuneration of NGN 80,000 (payable upon successful deal closure) plus NGN 20,000 transportation allowance.
