Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the growth of our interior design, furniture and home‑decor portfolio in Lagos. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with architects, developers and high‑net‑worth clients, and ensuring an exceptional showroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities into long‑term clients.
• Promote interior design solutions, furniture and related products to architects, interior designers, real‑estate developers and corporate organisations.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and prepare regular sales reports.
• Support marketing campaigns, manage the customer and prospect database, and drive customer retention initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day showroom operations, deliver professional interior design consultations and ensure premium brand presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and after‑sales support with professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, interior design or a related field.
• 4‑5 years proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, home décor, architecture or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong network within real‑estate, construction, architecture or interior design industries is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
