Sales Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive student enrollment and revenue growth for our EdTech platform. Based in Lagos, you will shape sales strategy, lead a team and collaborate with marketing to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase student enrollment and expand market opportunities.
• Set, monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team, conducting regular training sessions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conversion rates and lead‑to‑payment process, optimizing the full sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sufficient lead volume and quality.
• Maintain relationships with students, corporate clients and partners, using CRM tools for tracking.
• Analyse sales data, produce weekly and monthly reports and adjust tactics based on market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development or revenue operations, with at least 2 years leading a sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in EdTech, healthcare or education services.
• Strong analytical, reporting and commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Salesforce.
• Experience in sales funnel management and lead conversion.
• Negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
