Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will help Kartel Energy expand its market presence in Lagos by identifying new business opportunities, presenting energy solutions, and nurturing client relationships. This role combines market research, prospecting, and deal negotiation to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and address concerns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure stock availability for sales demonstrations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
