Sales Executive

About the role

Varosi Properties is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive to join its team in Lekki. You will be the front‑line representative, connecting prospective clients with the company’s property developments and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients interested in real‑estate investments.
• Conduct property tours and present development projects to potential buyers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage client queries, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Develop sales strategies and communicate proactively with the team.
• Represent Varosi Properties at events and ensure high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of real‑estate market trends and practices.
• Organized, with strong time‑management capabilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in real‑estate sales or a related sector is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
