About the role
Varosi Properties is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive to join its team in Lekki. You will be the front‑line representative, connecting prospective clients with the company’s property developments and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients interested in real‑estate investments.
- Conduct property tours and present development projects to potential buyers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage client queries, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Develop sales strategies and communicate proactively with the team.
- Represent Varosi Properties at events and ensure high client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of real‑estate market trends and practices.
- Organized, with strong time‑management capabilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real‑estate sales or a related sector is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
