Sales Executive – Forex & Crypto Client Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive client acquisition for our Forex and Cryptocurrency trading platform. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building lasting relationships, and helping clients explore investment opportunities in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new clients interested in Forex and Cryptocurrency trading services.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Educate clients on the company’s products, trading platforms, promotions, and market opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct follow‑ups with leads and convert prospects into active trading clients.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition within a FinTech, Forex brokerage, financial services or cryptocurrency‑related company.
• Strong understanding of Forex, cryptocurrency and financial markets.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
