About the role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop a career in sales within the manufacturing and warehousing sector, working directly with both new prospects and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and make outbound sales calls.
- Continuously update and maintain the CRM database.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals to potential clients.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Participate in regular sales team meetings.
Required profile
- OND (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with sales software programs.
