About the role

We are looking for an energetic and confident individual to promote and sell our products and services while handling customer enquiries. The role involves managing communications across multiple channels and supporting our social media activities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services while attending to customer enquiries.
• Manage customer communication via phone, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Support social media and promotional activities, including creating and sharing content.
• Handle any other tasks assigned by the team.

Required profile

• Minimum School Leaving Certificate; no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; vibrant, confident and outspoken.
• Organised, responsible, punctual, teachable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Good computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Word, internet applications and basic office software.
• Active user of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
