Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Lagos. You will interact with customers both in‑store and online, helping them find the right products while supporting our brand’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑store and via online channels, answering queries and guiding purchases.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products to meet revenue targets.
• Take high‑quality product photographs for promotional and social media use.
• Create engaging content for our social media platforms.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
• Record sales data and support stock management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• SSCE or higher qualification.
• Entry‑level experience with up to 24 months in sales or retail.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
