About the role
Perona Beauty is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its retail team in Lagos. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and process purchases efficiently.
- Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise sales.
- Support daily sales operations and maintain store standards.
- Participate in regular stock‑count exercises with the team.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Willingness to work shift schedules.
- Preference for female candidates.
