About the role
GLOVAL PROPERTIES is looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support its real‑estate sales team. The role focuses on generating leads, assisting clients, and helping close land sales within the Lekki/Epe area.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential property buyers through networking and outreach.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and marketing materials.
- Assist senior sales staff in negotiating and finalising land transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the sales pipeline.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Required profile
- Residency in the Lekki/Epe axis.
- Academic qualification: B.Sc, HND or OND.
- At least one year of experience in a marketing or sales‑related role.
- Goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer
- 15% commission on each sale.
- Monthly stipend for the first three months.
- ₦100,000 incentive on land sales during the initial three months.
