About the role
The Sales and Customer Operations Associate will lead day‑to‑day management and optimisation of the sales pipeline and customer operations at Tuteria. The role combines lead conversion, sales enablement, CRM performance and after‑sales support to improve customer experience, increase conversion rates and drive revenue across local, international and exam‑prep business units.
Key responsibilities
- Drive monthly bookings, revenue and lead‑to‑customer conversion.
- Identify and scale high‑performing service lines such as home tutoring, exam prep and adult learning.
- Oversee pricing strategy, discounts and monetisation across offerings.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure timely, high‑quality learning outcomes and maintain NPS ≥ 40.
- Promote 5‑star ratings, repeat usage and referrals.
- Ensure quality matching of tutors to clients with a turnaround of less than 6 hours.
- Optimise onboarding, service delivery, complaints handling and logistics to minimise response times, error rates and refunds.
- Generate market and customer insights and work with the product team to improve features and automation.
- Manage team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, drive hiring and upskilling, and foster a culture of ownership and speed.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, communications and product teams to promote tutoring offerings through effective campaigns.
Required profile
- Proactive, data‑driven leader comfortable coordinating sales agents and working closely with Customer Success.
- Strong ability to enhance operational workflows and deliver superior outcomes for learners and tutors.
- Experience in managing sales pipelines, pricing strategies and after‑sales support.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
