Showroom Manager – Renewable Energy Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our Kaduna showroom operations. You will create a welcoming, organized environment that showcases our renewable energy solutions and drives customer engagement from inquiry through sale.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom activities, ensuring a professional brand experience.
• Supervise and coach showroom staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Engage customers, explain product features, demonstrate solar and clean‑energy solutions, and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams, track showroom metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support local marketing events, promotions, and campaigns to increase foot traffic and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a showroom, retail floor, or sales environment, preferably in technology or energy sectors.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including staff supervision, coaching, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Organizational ability to handle inventory, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kaduna, including weekends or extended hours as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work with basic reporting dashboards.
