Comercio Partners Limited is seeking a Retail Sales Team Lead to supervise and support a team of sales associates and analysts. The role focuses on driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operations of the retail unit within the financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales goals and motivational strategies.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff members.
• Collaborate with marketing, agents, and campaign initiatives to align sales strategies, product offerings, and promotions.
• Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Implement upselling and cross‑selling techniques across all CP products.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to support customers and the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and KYC regulations, including proper handling of customer data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in retail sales or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and guiding teams.
