About the role
The Relationship Counselor will provide professional advice, strategy, and issue‑resolution support to our clients. You will act as a trusted guide, ensuring client satisfaction while promoting our services and products.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver counseling and strategic advice to clients on relationship matters.
- Provide accurate information about company services and promote products.
- Resolve client complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and nurture positive client relationships.
- Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Respond to client inquiries and keep records up to date.
Required profile
- HND or BSc in Guidance and Counselling or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in relationship counselling and client management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and leadership qualities.
