Recruitment Specialist – Nigeria

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Nigeria Recruitment Specialist to join its Global Recruitment team in Minna. You will partner with the local HR team to drive high‑volume hiring for the rapidly expanding Nigeria program, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Own 10‑12 recruitment pipelines, managing screening, interviews, assessments and candidate communication for roles ranging from JL1‑8 to JL9‑14.
• Support hiring managers by creating interview materials, training them on recruitment platforms, and providing ongoing assistance.
• Act as the Nigeria Program Recruitment Business Partner, aligning local hiring needs with global recruitment strategy and policy.
• Collaborate with the in‑country HR team to meet staffing targets and ensure seamless transition to onboarding and downstream HR processes.
• Influence stakeholders to comply with global recruitment standards and respond to urgent hiring demands.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple recruitment pipelines in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to guide candidates through multi‑step interview processes with excellent customer service.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to meet staffing goals.
