Recruitment Officer – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage end‑to‑end hiring projects for our diverse client base. You will source, screen and coordinate candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for assigned client vacancies, from briefing to placement.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
• Prepare screening summaries and recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Generate recruitment reports and monitor metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Perform other talent acquisition duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing across various channels and conducting competency‑based interviews.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Immediate availability.
