About the role
We are looking for a professional, customer‑oriented Receptionist to join our hotel in Lagos on a full‑time, on‑site basis. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests, manage front‑desk operations and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Handle phone calls, answer inquiries and manage reservations.
- Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front‑desk documentation.
- Provide relevant information about the hotel and its services.
- Carry out general clerical duties and support administrative tasks.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer‑service certifications are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional handling of guest inquiries.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in common office and property‑management software tools.
