Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead testing initiatives for our GovTech, SaaS and enterprise software solutions. The role involves designing, executing and maintaining both manual and automated test suites to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QA processes, standards and testing methodologies across software projects.
• Design, execute and document manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, track and verify defects, collaborating closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to define quality requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance with organizational, regulatory and industry quality standards.
• Analyze test results, prepare quality reports and recommend improvements for performance, usability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead test automation initiatives and process enhancements to boost delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on QA experience.
• ISTQB Advanced Level certification; additional certifications such as CSQA, CAT, Scrum Master or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are advantageous.

Required skills

• Test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
• Test management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr).
• API testing, performance and load testing, security testing.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Quality management systems, defect management and root‑cause analysis.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
