QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to organize, implement, and manage quality management systems for our construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, contract specifications, and ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, implement, and manage quality management systems according to company policies, contract specifications, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Perform daily quality inspections, monitor construction activities, and identify potential quality issues.
• Evaluate material quality, conduct regular testing, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including quality manuals, method statements, inspection reports, and test results.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify potential risks, implement preventive actions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training to project personnel on QA/QC procedures and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
• Experience conducting material testing and quality inspections.
• Proficiency in preparing quality documentation (manuals, method statements, inspection reports).
