QAQC Engineer

About the role
The QAQC Engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality management systems on construction projects. Working closely with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors, you will ensure that all activities comply with company policies, contract specifications and ISO 9001 standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise, implement and manage quality management systems in line with ISO 9001.
- Conduct daily quality inspections and monitor construction activities to identify issues.
- Evaluate material quality, perform regular testing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including manuals, method statements and inspection reports.
- Identify risks, implement preventive actions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3‑5 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
Required skills
- ISO 9001 standards implementation.
- Quality inspection procedures.
- Material testing techniques.
